Recently, Tianjin CNCLEAR Environmental has completed the process iteration of its new-generation PVDF ultrafiltration membrane. With modified membrane-making technology, the product features enhanced fouling and acid-alkali resistance, delivering reliable filtration solutions for municipal wastewater, industrial reclaimed water reuse and seawater desalination pretreatment.
The upgraded PVDF ultrafiltration membrane boasts greatly improved tensile strength of membrane filaments. It withstands repeated cleaning with acids, alkalis and oxidants with slow flux attenuation during long-term operation, suitable for heavily polluted wastewater conditions such as chemical and printing & dyeing industries. CNCLEAR Environmental supplies two types of PVDF ultrafiltration membrane modules for engineering clients: curtain-style and column-style. The modular design facilitates on-site installation and replacement, and the treated water can be directly recycled for production.
