CNCLEAR Environmental Protection's First Dye Salt-Separation Membrane Concentration System Deployed in Liaoning

Recently, Tianjin CNCLEAR Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. has successfully developed a salt-removal membrane concentration and separation system for the dye production process after multiple experiments. This system effectively addresses industry pain points such as equipment corrosion, nozzle clogging, and contamination of precision components caused by excessive salt content in downstream high-end printing applications, particularly in water-based color pastes like carbon black.

The system relies on a hydrophilic sponge-like structure polyethersulfone (PES) hollow fiber membrane independently developed by CNCLEAR Environmental Protection. It employs efficient cross-flow (alternating flow) filtration technology to achieve the concentration, purification, and salt separation of color pastes such as carbon black, replacing traditional methods like water pre-washing → flotation concentration → filtration and washing.

Operating at room temperature, the system significantly reduces water and electricity consumption while ensuring the chemical stability and dispersibility of the color paste. It also improves separation efficiency, enabling green and clean production. Currently, the system has been successfully implemented in a dye production enterprise in Liaoning. The concentrated and separated color paste solution exhibits an electrical conductivity of 8,000–10,000 μs/cm, with a daily processing capacity of approximately 500 kg.

The successful development and application of CNCLEAR Environmental Protection's dye salt-separation membrane concentration system provide a new process solution for the deep purification and high-concentration requirements of the dye industry and other industrial fluids. It also demonstrates CNCLEAR Environmental Protection's robust technology and independent innovation capabilities in the field of specialized membrane concentration and separation.
