
This is the MBR membrane replacement project we completed for a wastewater station of a Beijing subway section. Regarding this situation, we will introduce the MBR membrane replacement process to everyone.
1.Prepare new membrane modules and dismantling tools.
2.Stop the influent and aeration; close the produced water and aeration pipeline valves.
3.Disconnect the produced water and aeration hoses; mark the interfaces; replace the sealing gaskets.
4.Lift the MBR membrane rack and hoist it out of the membrane tank water surface.
5.Clean the MBR membrane rack and surface sludge with a high-pressure water gun.
6.Hoist the membrane rack out of the membrane tank; remove the fixing parts; dismantle the membrane sheets.
7.Install new membrane modules; inspect the fixing parts.
8.Hoist the new membrane modules into the membrane tank; lower them along the guide rails; fix them securely and steadily.
9.Connect the produced water and aeration hose flanges; tighten the screws to ensure a good seal.
10.Open the produced water and aeration pipeline valves.
11.Evacuate the produced water pipeline until no residual gas remains inside.
12.Manually start the produced water pump to ensure no abnormalities in water production.
13.Manually start the aeration blower; adjust the membrane tank aeration to ensure it is uniform and sufficient.
14.Restore the system to automatic operation and begin automatic operation.
15.Check the produced water volume and operating pressure; if normal, officially put it into operation.
