Recently, the high-efficiency well water desalination system customized by Tianjin CNCLEAR Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as CNCLEAR Environmental Protection) for a saline-alkali area in Dongying, Shandong, has been officially commissioned. Integrated with on-site drip irrigation, this core technology for agricultural improvement of saline-alkali land has systematically optimized local irrigation operations. It significantly enhances water use efficiency, reduces soil salinity, promotes crop growth, and improves both quality and yield – providing reliable water security for the sustainable development of local agriculture.

Breaking the Irrigation Dilemma in Saline-Alkali Land: Technology Empowers Ecological Agriculture
In some areas of Shandong, groundwater salinization is a pressing issue: traditional irrigation water, with its high salinity, tends to worsen soil compaction and salinization over time, severely hindering crop growth. For this project, the raw well water had an exceptionally high mineralization level of 10 g/L. To address this, CNCLEAR Environmental Protection deployed a "microfiltration + ultrafiltration + nanofiltration" combined process to desalinate the raw water, stabilizing the treated water's mineralization at 1.5-2 g/L. Integrated with on-site drip irrigation, this solution effectively improves soil quality and accelerates crop growth.

The system achieves a daily water output of 20 tons, sufficient to meet the irrigation needs of large-scale farmland. Its multi-stage purification process not only significantly reduces salt and impurities in water but also prevents secondary soil damage from traditional irrigation—effectively enhancing the crop growth environment. Per feedback from the project owner, the system operates steadily with user-friendly controls, slashing agricultural water costs.
